Tokyo Visit (November 2001)

The gorgeous Tenyo showroom with some Tenyo magic displayed in the cabinet above.
Notice Hiroshi Kondo on the far right.

A collection of licensed magic products. Notice Prison Box on the table. You can figure
out the orientation of the room by studying the position
of Prison Box in each photo.

The opposite end of the room to the cabinet shows off some of their picture puzzles.
Again licensed designs and characters. A television and video player
is mounted in the wall (at the left of the photo).

Some Disney and other character magic and Tenyo's collection of Money Boxes
can be seen here. This photo completes all four sides of the showroom.

Tomoyuki Shimomura, myself and Hiroshi Kondo.

Hiroshi Kondo with his prototype of his world famous Zig Zag Cig. In his prototype,
the gimmick was removable (see table) thus making the prop examinable.
Alas, this was not featured in the finished product.

Here is Shigeru Sugawara with his creation Card Changer. This effect of his is extremely
difficult to get hold of nowadays.

This is me presenting a gift to Toru Suzuki. The gift is a framed set of 'Wow Cards'
made by my good friend Ian Rowland. You can see more
of his wonderful cards by clicking here.

This is the main large display cabinet outside the showoom . From the oldest to some
of the newest Tenyo effects - they are all displayed in here.
. . .

Five closer views of some of the contents of the cabinet (above).

Ooh! There's my trick on the bottom shelf :-)
