T-146 CLEAN CUT by Hiroshi Kondo
1. An ordinary, unprepared rope (you can use your own) is placed inside the Clean Cut cutting machine.
2. In full view, with no false moves, the rope is cleanly sliced into two parts. The two pieces of the rope and the cut ends are clearly visible.
3. Reversing the action, the rope is now openly restored.
T-145 MOONSPINNER by Tomoyuki Shimomura
1. The magician introduces a hypnotic paddle. Moving it slowly, a coin materializes in full view on the paddle.
2. But it is more than an illusion, for the coin is real...
3. ...and can be handed out for examination.
T-144 ARCANE by Hideo Kato
1. A wand instantly changes to a solid cane. Both the wand and the cane look like the real thing, even close up!
2. The cane can materialize out of your hat.
3. Or even out of your hand!
T-143 HYPER VISION by Tomoyuki Shimomura
1. Five ESP slates are shown to your audience. A spectator is selected to be the Magical Mindreader and is given a pair of magical opera glasses, which he takes with him while he leaves the room.
2. Another spectator selects one of the five symbols.
3. The mindreader returns, looks through the glasses and instantly names the chosen slate. The trick can be immediately repeated.
T-142 LANCELOT by Hiroshi Kondo
1. The magician borrows a dollar bill, inserts it into a clear plastic case and places the case inside a handsome box.
2. A solid spear is thrust right through the center of the box.
3. Your spectators will not believe their eyes when the bill emerges unscathed.
T-141 MINI-ZAG by Shigeru Sugawara
1. An ordinary, unprepared playing card is placed inside a small frame.
2. The flap is opened and the center of the card is pulled out. The illustration shows what your audience sees. You actually pull out the middle of an unprepared card right under your spectator's nose.
3. Slip it back into place and hand out the very same card for examination. This will kill your audience.
T-140 SUPERSPIKE by Masato Wakabayashi
1. A Japanese coin fits into a holder which slides into a case.
2. A spike imprisons the coin inside the case.
3. And yet before you can say "Houdini!" the coin melts right through the spike.
